We are partnering with a well-established business based in Cheltenham to help them find an experienced Group Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function across the group
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership and mentorship
Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and audit requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across finance operations
Support business growth initiatives, acquisitions, and commercial projects where required
