We are supporting an iconic cheltenham based busines in their hunt for an AR clerk on a 6 month FTC with potential for the role to go perm.
Raise and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received in line with agreed credit terms
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies
Chase outstanding debts via phone and email, maintaining professional client relationships
Allocate incoming payments and post receipts to the correct accounts
Prepare and review aged debt reports for management
Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
Support the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting duties
