Overall responsibility for the company’s balance sheet, including fixed assets, lease schedules and loan accounts, and providing support for the statutory accounts.
Lead the preparation and production of Statutory Accounts and accompanying Notes to the Accounts.
Ownership of revenue and cost reporting and budgeting processes.
Ensure all financial and management reports are accurate and delivered on time, enabling informed decision-making and the achievement of KPIs.
Identify and drive efficiency improvements to enhance reporting quality, reduce timescales, and support financial and IT process/system improvement projects.
Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-to-date reporting with detailed analysis, including KPI reporting and insightful commentary.
Prepare weekly management reports for detailed review at weekly meetings.
Process authorised automated bank payments.
Prepare and review daily and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Calculate and report on customer rebates.
Lead financial modelling and analysis to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic business planning.
Manage audit and tax activities on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and corporation tax obligations.
